First half Stenny blustered a lot but didn’t really worry our defence too much. They made a lot of chances but did not make Dr Jan make any real saves.
This was probably due as much to great defending from us. Big Junior was immense again, getting in the road of everything that came his way ably assisted by Mick and Ben.
By the way what the hell is Chizzie on? Whatever it is I need some. His work rate is phenomenal. He may not be the best football player I have seen but you just can’t fault his attitude.
Second half, different story altogether. Neat crisp passing movements all over the park and after the first goal it was all over. Del’s exquisite chip to Ross for the third goal was a work of art.
Its getting kinda scary again! Another 3 victories and we could be top if results go for us. We’ll be talking about new stadiums again at this rate.
I know that Chizzy is regarded as a journeyman and sometimes his shortcomings are obvious. However last season he was, like Ross Clark, a talisman player and it looks as if his presence this season is again a telling factor.
The thing I like about him is that he always gives 100% and he’s a wholehearted player.
Underrated in my view.
I really like Chissy, as has been said his attitude is top notch and he also seems like a great guy to have in the dressing room. Things are looking good for us at the moment and i cant wait till we go to Cappielow!
